• Most products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer
• Customers are responsible for providing correct names, spellings, colors, sizes, and other order details.
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders.
• If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of damage.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
